The Heart-Life Experience is deeply rooted in presence—which makes sense, as it's often your subconscious that distracts you from it.

To experience life with the Heart means that all the pain you feel, when identified with the Ego,completely disappears. And I mean all your pain, and all your problems.
Challenges will remain, but the Ego—who often turns challenges into suffering— will no longer dominate your consciousness.
The Heart-Life Experience rises above the Ego, allowing you to see a world beyond the Ego’s beliefs, beyond everything the Ego holds as truth.
It’s a profound realization: the Ego’s way of seeing the world is just one of many ways life can be experienced. And you can experience life in other—higher—ways.
It’s a powerful moment when you realize that what the Ego believes is no longer your full truth.
