The Essential
Here, I’ve gathered what is essential to the thingsI wish to share. At the heart of it is learning to see the Ego for what it truly is—not a false self or an enemy, but a worldview that still plays a vital role in your growth and development, but a worldview that is NOT the only one.

You’ll also see that I work with a model describing two parallel evolutions: the evolution of consciousness and the evolution of superconsciousness. Just as there are physical life forces, there are also non-physical forces and life laws—and you are influenced by these forces, even down to the opinions you believed were entirely your own.

Right now, your life is about making room for a new worldview: the unity-oriented worldview (or Heart-Consciousness). A key part of this process is learning to observe your Ego—which represents the older worldview that is still active within you, the Ego worldview (or as I call it, the Ego-Life Experience).
This is your greatest challenge at this moment in your development.

Your Opinions Are Not Just Your Own
What I want to pass on to you is this: there are laws and forces behind your life, behind what you call your opinions, beliefs, and values. These things don’t arise solely from you—they are deeply influenced by underlying evolutionary forces.

Your experience of life is shaped by larger themes you didn’t invent. The part of you that experiences life wasn’t created by you either. Nor did it arise by chance. Even your longing for experience—your 'Life-Self'—is not random. From your personality structure to your core values (which you likely believe are uniquely yours), much of it stems from something pre-given.

Drifting in the Stream—or Steering Your Own Path
I want to describe these underlying forces so you can begin to recognize them—and start forming your own relationship with life. Many people simply drift along in the stream of life, guided by these forces, living more or less unconsciously. That doesn’t mean they don’t gain anything from life—there is still experience and growth. But trust me: life becomes far more intense and meaningful when you open your eyes and begin to take the reins.

The stream carries those who don’t set their own direction— and less so those who do.

The Life Forces Behind Your Journey—and the Double Evolution
Don’t take your experiences and opinions for granted. C.G. Jung observed that archetypes form a deep foundation for how we engage with life—and thus shape our beliefs and life experience. These archetypes lie beyond your direct control, and are just one example of how your thoughts are influenced by deeper forces.

But there’s much more to this story. I refer to these underlying forces as Life Forces, and archetypes are just a small part of them. These forces manifest in the evolution of both your consciousness and your superconsciousness. Each follows its own path, and iyour superconsciousness is further along than your conscious mind.

This double evolution means that your consciousness already knows that a higher life experience exists—because you already carry it within you. In fact, your deepest longing for life comes from your superconsciousness. Connecting more deeply with it is always a beautiful, life-affirming, and transformative experience.

Question Your Experience, Your Values, and Your Beliefs
You are, in this moment, a product of your current life experience—your thoughts, emotions, joys, and pains. From this, your sense of self emerges. But none of these things are permanent. Your pain, for example, only exists as long as you believe in it, and as long as the foundation it rests on remains within you.

Letting go of that belief isn’t easy. It requires going deep within and observing the part of you that experiences the pain. And that takes practice—which is what you’re being called to do.

Start by not automatically accepting your life experience, your reactions, or your pain. Question them. Explore them. Slowly, you’ll begin to realize that there is so much more to life—and to yourself—than what you currently perceive.
You’ll discover that a higher experience is already available to you.

I call it the Heart-Life Experience, or the Unity-Oriented Life Experience. On this page, you’ll find information about becoming the Observer and embracing this new way of experiencing life.
